The Barnstormer Varsity
Negro League teams barnstormed across the country, playing anyone, anywhere, when the majors shut them out. The ABA carried that same outsider energy into basketball. The name ties both leagues together.
The front carries a lineup of greats: the Chicago American Giants, Kansas City Monarchs, and Atlanta Black Crackers stand alongside ABA originals the Pittsburgh Pipers and New York Nets, all anchored by the classic red, white, and blue ABA shield. The white leather sleeve runs the roster deeper with the Homestead Grays, New York Cubans, Birmingham Black Barons, and Kansas City. The raw blue denim sleeve keeps it all Nonshalant, with an oversized NS monogram and signature script at the cuff.
Flip it around and the back makes the statement: "Art Dealer" in bold white chenille script with a baseball-tail swoosh. Because every piece is a work of art, and we're the ones putting it out.
Built the way a varsity should be: a rich red wool body, striped rib-knit collar, cuffs, and hem, white snap front, leather-trimmed welt pockets, and a quilted red satin lining. Mixed materials, dense embroidery, and zero shortcuts.
This isn't throwback merch. It's a tribute to the teams that played with style, pride, and nothing to prove to anybody. Wear it like you've been here before.
